Yes, my very own mini gym at home!

It's the V-day pressy for both of us, from me to him and him to me!

It's much convenient for me to work out at home after work. Cardio on the stationery bike followed by interval training on the machines and with free weights and gym ball etc.. Any other form of cardio will be at the park or stadium and swimming at the public pool. Swimming is my fav cos I feel so free like a fish swimming in the water.. running is 100% a good workout but my knees are kinda giving up on me.. Does that mean I should hang up my running shoes for good? *dilemma*
