Took my first half day leave to catch up with my gfs whom I used to work together in my ex-coy for hi-tea cum chit chat session, 2 out of 3 brought their elder princesses along (cos they are on their maternity leave). The hi-tea was kinda disapppointing but we were not exactly meeting up for the food, more of catching up so it's okay. We chatted and walked around the malls before gg home..
Lotsa changes at my ex-coy, lower staff morale and more work opportunities for the team. Good to know that there has been an increase in the work opportunities despite the crisis but I think there is a pressing need to boost staff morale and think of how to retain the staff in order to support the increased workload...
At the new coy now, workload ain't lesser! In fact, I was welcomed with new challenges since 17th August which resulted in increased stress due to the steep learning curve for me! My exercise regime was disrupted, OTs plus daily "homework", finances going haywire due to unplanned costs at work resulting in increased usage of credit cards for my own entertainment, gosh! Basically, either way or at either place also equally taxing and stressful! Well, I didn't plan to move on to do less work anyway, mainly to have a change of working environment.. Time to take stock and put things back on track and as for the future, shall give myself a few years to arrive at my own 'verdict'..

Since this date, I've been playing non-stop despite the fact that I brought lotsa work home to do.. hehe.. I am so sure that it'll be brought back to the office untouched.. haha.. "Jess ah, fun anot ah? Bringing the work to and fro office?!"..
So where did I go? Hmm...
Sat ~ French lesson ~ Fren's newborn baby lunch celeb ~ Rotted at Mum's ~ Home to do chores ~ Dine and wine @ The Denise Wine Shop.... Sun ~ Visit doc ~ breakfast at Picotin ~ Rot at home ~ KLKK @ Downtown East NTUC and dranked teh ~ Steamboat dinner and played Uno/Dai-di at fren's new place.. Eventful hor...heehee...

Had wanted to revisit Rider's Cafe but it was fully booked so we decided to go Picotin instead.. It was nice, I had my french breakfast set while the Mister had the English Breakfast set and my sis and BIL had the simple breakfast sets (waffle / french toasts)...YumYum... *Missed the times my sis and I prepared french toasts (at times, pancakes) for breakfast for our family together*.. sigh..

Still have a few other places to check out and have early breakfast/brunch, recommendable to peeps who don't take public transport.. keke..
Time to write my to-do list (I gathered that this is faster than doing.. haha.. and good attempt to ease my guilt) then pack my "school bag" for tomorrow before ZzzZZZzzz.. Good night in advance to dudes and dudads.. ;p..
