Another saddening event...
After my last day of work today, tomorrow is the day where my bro, my SIL and my lovely nieces will be shifting out of my humble home to their very own home.. *sniff-sniff*..Come to think of it, they have stayed with dar dar and me for 1 year 4 days as at today..
Flashback to about a year ago, the babies were born and the family needed a bigger space and environment for the kiddos and maid.. So cool cool jess and cool snag vince gave them the option to stay over at their place (which seemed all wrong in the eyes of Papa Chua and some relatives).. I know where his anger is coming from but when you look at the big picture, it ain't that serious afterall.. Anyways, we didn't care and everything just fell into place nicely and slowly and Papa Chua also came by to visit the kiddos after a number of months..
The initial plan was that they will stay with us for a number of years till the kiddos are older but I guess time and $$ waits for no man! Given the income restriction placed by HDB, they need to find a place of their own as soon as possible and so they did. They found a nice move-in condition unit which they recently completed the renovation of the place to their liking and style... not bad..
Those who knows me knows that I always try to help (and expects nothing in return except being appreciated at the least which I always think ppl do cos 每个人都是好人). But I know that in the midst of trying to help, there's a thin line between being helpful and "kaypoh" so I try to hold my horses these days. It's tough for me, you know, cos I dunno how to do a bit and not do that bit, still at the learning stage..haha.. But with my bro and SIL not mentioning much or initiating anything (I suppose they wanted to handle everything themselves or cos of something unpleasant that happened sometime back)... it made it easier for me to hold back..
Thus, I wasn't very involved with the renov cum shifting process until last Sunday and kanna some suaning.. haha.. 人是 犯贱的啦! (in my context.. heehee...).. C'mon we are family, so what can one expect me to do?!.. So I made my stand and went ahead with my decision *brave gal yeah* haha... Within the week, I helped them shift some of their stuffs over to their new place which was fun! ..heehee..
"Where there's fun, there's Jess! Where there's scolding, there's also Jess and she will be the one who will kanna".. haha.. sometimes dunno to laugh or cry.. that's life ba.. *苦笑*
I'm really gonna miss the kiddos alot alot alot alot!!!!!!!!!!!! I will see them so less often and seriously nothing beats staying together. So I was determined to take many many photos with them before they move out.. *silly gal*.. When they are older, I hope I will get a chance to bring them out and babysit them whatever... haha..

Last but not least, dar dar and I bought a set of clothes for each of them too, Singapore sale mah.. (will post the pic of the clothes another time)..
I hope that they had a fun time in the garden"(just like the caption stated on the clothes)! But I know that they most probably won't remember that they have been to the "garden".. :).. I'm just kidding myself.. for as long as it can last..
