Going to the gym very often doesn't necessarily mean you know how to train your muscles and tone your body, and for some to shed weight. If you don't know how to plan your cardio and weight training, your frequent visits to the gym just prove to be futile and simply a waste of your precious time..
And that's perhaps what has been happening to me since dunno when... at times, I eavesdrop when the personal trainers train ppl but not anymore, I decided to sign up for it myself to understand better about how to build muscles and tone up..
And I certainly reaped the benefits from it.. Many thanks to Jaysel and I really enjoyed working out with her.. need to learn to be less reliant on her yet continue to maintain my fitness level, otherwise I will be chalking up my credit card instalments which isn't very healthy for my pocket..
